EXTENDED: Until Wednesday, July 14, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every weekday, Lower Springbank Road S.W., south of Township Road 242, will operate as a single lane of alternating traffic. Flaggers will direct traffic. Some delays should be expected. This lane closure is to accommodate ENMAX decommissioning overhead power lines.
In the coming weeks, two existing wetlands near Highway 8 will be removed to facilitate ring road construction. The wetlands are in the immediate vicinity of the highway and cannot be avoided.
