Project Update – November 29, 2021
What’s Happening in Traffic This Week
Crestmont Boulevard S.W. Single Lane of Alternating Traffic
On Wednesday, December 1, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., Crestmont Boulevard S.W. will operate as a single lane of alternating traffic. This lane closure is to accommodate utility work on the north side of the road.
17 Avenue S.W. West of 101 Street S.W.
Utility work between Slopeview Drive and Cortina Drive S.W. will continue until mid-December. Please drive cautiously as the lane closures will change as work progresses.
All work is weather dependent. Please check 511 Alberta and The City of Calgary’s traffic information map for up-to-date information on traffic detours and speed reductions. For all other project information, please visit westringroad.ca.
We appreciate your patience during construction.
Out With the Old
With Valley Ridge Boulevard N.W. traffic shifted to the new lanes, work on the west side of the new bridges is underway.
