Project Update – May 11, 2020

Reminder: Entering the Construction Zone is Trespassing

There have been several reports from both the contractor and adjacent residents about people entering the Transportation Utility Corridor. This area is an active construction site with numerous hazards. Anyone entering must have permission and a safety orientation. Please stay out of this area, even if there doesn’t appear to be anything happening.

Public and worker safety is the top priority. Thank you for helping to keep everyone safe.

Valley Ridge Boulevard NW Detour Construction and Traffic Shift

Last week, the sidewalk along Valley Ridge Blvd NW was moved from the east side of the road to the west side to accommodate interchange construction.

This week, crews will be preparing the first of three detour stages planned for Valley Ridge Blvd NW. The first stage, shown below, shifts traffic to the west and is anticipated to be in place from May 19 to the end of July 2020. Traffic will be shifted overnight to minimize delays and confusion for motorists. Please drive cautiously through this area.
